‘Nochka,’ a two-year-old female caracal, has twitched her way into internet fame thanks to her tufty ears.

A video posted on the Instagram account of Russian private cattery “Sauvage,” showing Nochka playing with a banana and swiveling her distinctive ears, has been watched over 150,000 times.

The caracal, a medium-sized wild cat known for black fur that covers the tips of its over-developed ears, which help the caracal locate its prey from a long distance, is endemic to Africa and the Middle Eastern deserts.
