Synopsis by Maggie Sadler

Beginning as a juvenile car thief, James "Dutch" Bernard (Lance Gross) prowled the streets of New Jersey, amping up the violence and intensity of his heists to build a notorious reputation amongst his fellow criminals and law enforcement alike. Despite Dutch's blessing from the local mafia, Anthony Jacobs (James Hyde), a district attorney, vows to stop Dutch in his tracks before he obtains complete authority over the streets, assembling an infallible group of eyewitnesses to condemn Dutch in court.
